Products Cancellation & Return Policy
At OutStyle.com, it is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just contact us at email@example.com to cancel your order. You will be charged restocking fees of 5% of the total purchase value. If your order has already been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
All products must be returned to us, unused and with all OutStyle tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within 5 (five) days of receipt of the order by you. We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with or received by us later then 5 (five) days of receiving the package. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. Once we have inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), minus 5% restocking fees, minus of applicable taxes or import duties fees if any, and initial shipping/delivery charges. You will receive the refund to your credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. **No Beauty/Makeup related products will be Returned. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly from same customer or with same delivery address. All products must be unused and with all OutStyle and tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice within 5 (Five) days of receipt of by you.
